Thread the sun cannot rot
Seams fail before panels do. We sew with PTFE thread, a Teflon type fiber that sunlight cannot break down, so the stitching outlives the vinyl instead of letting go in year three.
Foam judged honestly
Foam prices separately on every quote. Firm dry foam stays. Waterlogged or flattened foam gets replaced with closed-cell stock (the kind that physically cannot soak up water) or barrier-wrapped foam matched to the cushion’s job.
